General Policy

The first night of your stay will be taken as a deposit at the time of booking and will not be refundable. No changes to or cancellation of bookings are accepted. Refunds are not available.

All rooms are charged per person not per room. i.e. If you book a family room for three or four people you are not permitted to have extra people in the room without paying for them, (that goes for any size room).

Card details are required for all bookings and deposits in order to secure the booking.

We respectfully remind you that a reservation made either verbally, or via email constitutes as a legal contract. By making a booking you are deemed to accept these booking terms.

NON ARRIVALS AND NO SHOWS
Payment in full will be taken from the card used to secure your booking.

CHECK IN TIMES
Check in is available between 16:00 and 22:30. If you will not be arriving during these hours it is your responsibility to contact us to ensure you can check in outside of our normal hours. If you do not contact us by 22:30 on the day of your arrival we may be unable to provide you your room.

CHECK OUT TIME
Check out is 10:00 on the morning of your departure.

PARKING
Free parking is subject to availability and on a first come, first served basis. Should the car park be full, street parking is available nearby.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT
A damage deposit will be taken for more than three people and large groups. Upon arrival at the property we will request a damage deposit of £100 for every third person. This will be returned to you upon an inspection of your room/rooms when checking out. For larger bookings we do reserve the right to request a higher damage deposit. Should the need arise we will discuss this with you shortly after your booking has been made.
